Interview with Prodmag.ru, best performing partner in 2013

We are pleased to announce that Prodmag (Systems 21 LLC.) became the Best Performing Partner in 2013. Prodmag works in the Russian market and has been a dedicated ORF partner since 2005. We’ve interviewed Mikhail Kapyrin, CEO of Prodmag (Systems 21 LLC.).

 Q: Could you please introduce your company to our clients? How long are you on the market? What is your main focus?

A: Prodmag.ru is a trade name for Systems 21, LLC. Systems 21 has been on the market since 2004. Our main focus is distribution of software for corporate networks and programmers’ tools.

 Q: Do you work only on the Russian market or you sell IT solutions abroad as well?  

A: We work mostly for the Russian market, but also with Belarus and Kazakhstan. We can deliver software to all CIS countries through our local partners.

 Q: Where is your HQ located? Do you have representatives or subsidiaries in other countries?

A: Our HQ is located in Moscow, Russia, and we are happy to work with end-users, regional partners and resellers in all corners of Russia and CIS.

Q: We are very happy with our business relationship, and we can say ORF is pretty successful in the Russian market. Could you please tell me your experience with ORF?

A: ORF is a wonderful software. We started to work with Vamsoft company in 2005 and since then we’ve always been impressed by professionalism of their team and quality of their software and support. The feedback we get from the customers about ORF filter has always been positive. The main clue is that ORF beats almost all the competitors in the anti-spam field.

Q:  What do you see as unique selling points of ORF?

A:  Easy to implement and use, fair licensing, and last but not least, it does that promised with excellence!

Q: Could you please tell me about your plans for 2014?

A: We plan to go on informing our customers about the functionality and advantages of ORF, and to translate and publish lots of whitepapers and materials about ORF. Our mission is a kind of “educational and promotional”. We plan to get even bigger market share for server antispam tools and achieve better financial results than before.
